Based in Montreal, in the Mile-Ex, Blindspot is a brand-new independent studio, whose objective is to create high quality games with a small team, in which everyone has a direct impact on the quality of our projects.
We are building our studio around 3 core values : Respect, Ownership, and Inclusivity. Troubled by the revelations that have recently shaken the industry, we will do our best to create an environment where everyone feels free, respected, and safe.
In love with strategy and multiplayer games, our first project is a turn based PvP tactical game, developed with Unity, and based on a rich and colorful futuristic licence.
The game could also be described as a mix between Overwatch and XCOM from a gameplay standpoint, with a stylized and painterly visual style, with semi-realistic proportions.
We are looking for an Brand Manager, whose mission will be to :
Define the marketing and communication strategy of our games: brand identity, marketing mix, positioning, key audience, and key communication themes
Develop, Implement, and monitor marketing, PR, and influence activations on the various communication channels
Help define the visual identity of our projects, and produce the key visuals of the game in collaboration with the artistic team
Assist in the organization of trade fairs, conventions or press events
Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors, etc.)
Coordinate the community and influencer campaigns
Participate in the development of our studio and our projects
Analyze market trends
